Requirements:
-Good health & highly professional in attitude

-Posses excellent knowledge of F&B concepts and trends.
-Aqcuainted with all aspects of kitchen operation (a former or present
Executive Chef would be ideal)
-Posses excellent communications skills, professional demeanor and a history of
progressive development in the hospitality industry.
