HR Generalist SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age below 32 years old
- Magister Degree in Psychology or Psychologist Profession
- Min. 2 years experience in Human Resources Development Area and proven handling Assessment Center Services
- Familiar with Mapping and Talent Management
- Wide knowledge of other People Development Related fields : recruitment, training, organization development
- Self-starter, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and to work effectively with wide range of diverse people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work as a team
- Willing to travel to our branches all over Java
- Willing to join immediately
