Responsibilities:
* You will assist the M&E Manager in leading a team in the building construction management of M&E Installations, Testing & Commissioning, hand over to client, M&E Audit (generation of defects & findings, recommendation) and M&E Energy Saving (Data Collection, Analysis and Recommendation)
* Scope of work includes scheduling, planning and control, liaison with Clients, coordination with design consultants and construction management team (other trades), documentation control, site control, testing & commissioning of M&E systems
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Construction Management or Design Consultancy in M&E Services for medium or high rise buildings
* Dynamic, independent and hands-on
* Ability to communicate in English
* Understand Local and International standard such as ASHRAE, NFPA and SNI
